i) If a delivery when attempted is unable to be made by the 3rd party courier a calling card will be left with details of how to claim your parcel. Failure to complete a delivery by you will result in you covering any charges that have been incurred by tillrollsthermal.co.uk . If the customer requires the re-delivery of goods a cost delivery charge will be applied.
